6 Simple Steps to Love Yourself

Has been a while since I started to think about writing this article, but couldn’t help myself inside telling me: “You’re not good enough or everyone is going to laugh at you. However, today I decided to give me a special present and finally doing it.
I would like to start with a clear statement I heard in the past when I was working in a marketing office; “The world we live in would be a happier place if more people love themselves more often”. Wow! That sounds deep isn’t it? Probably Justin Bieber has never heard this quote. Clearly when he sent someone to “love yourself”, he was giving actually a great advice.
Now talking seriously, by definition -Loving yourself- could be one of the hardest things for humans. The thing is every time when our expectations of ourselves are too high, when people don’t get things as they expected our just your self-esteem is at a low point, practicing love to yourself could have faded away, and you probably haven’t even noticed.
